Community & social impact

Beyond the factory walls.

Local employment
Both factories are deeply rooted in their local communities — employing from the surrounding areas and contributing to local livelihoods for over two decades. Employment at Shahana Group has provided stable income for hundreds of families.
Women's empowerment
A significant portion of our workforce is female. We provide stable, safe employment with fair pay — contributing to women's economic independence in Bangladesh. This is not an initiative; it has been our practice from the beginning.
Community contribution
As a family-founded group, community matters to us. We support local initiatives and are committed to growing our social impact as the group grows. Our second-generation leadership is actively developing this part of our work.
