M.T. Sweaters Ltd
Founded in January 2001, M.T. Sweaters Limited is the original factory of Shahana Group — 100% export-oriented from its very first day of production. The corporate office and owner's office are located on-site, ensuring the highest levels of leadership are present and accountable on the factory floor daily.
Three full divisions operate from M.T. Sweaters: sweaters, knitwear and woven garments, each with its own dedicated team and production floor. Over two decades, the factory has built long-standing relationships with buyers across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific and beyond.

Banga Fashion Ltd
Established in 2006 and operating from a brand-new, purpose-built facility since 2021, Banga Fashion Ltd represents the most technologically advanced production environment in Shahana Group. Located two minutes' walk from M.T. Sweaters, the factory combines proximity with independent capacity.
The 2021 premises were designed and built with modern buyer requirements in mind — optimal ventilation, worker facilities, structural compliance and the flexibility to accommodate Shima Seiki computerised flat-knitting technology. For buyers conducting factory audits, this facility consistently performs at the highest level.
Technology
Banga Fashion is equipped with Shima Seiki Japanese computerised flat-knitting machines — the technology of choice for the world's most demanding sweater buyers. Shima Seiki machines deliver precision-engineered full-fashion knitting with minimal material waste and consistent dimensional accuracy.
Alongside Shima Seiki, all sewing operations use Juki Japanese industrial sewing machines — the same trusted technology used at M.T. Sweaters across the group.
